Are you ready for Harry Potter lingerie? Warner Brothers is, as you can see if you look at the trademarks the studio has registered in relation to the Potter-specific word "Quidditch."

In an effort to protect its sizable investment in the Harry Potter franchise, Warner has trademarked almost every product you can think of that might, one day, be produced. And the list is nigh endless: sporting goods, bathtub toys, paper masks, surfboards, toy banks, flying discs, dolls, etc. But buried down in the list of clothing items is the word lingerie.

Presumably, this is to stop anyone else from making Quidditch lingerie—and doing a half-assed job, pun fully intended—but it also paves the way should Warner decide it wants to get in the naughty nightie business.

After all, there are a whole lot of stores that need filling in the Harry Potter theme park's Diagon Alley. McGonagall's Unmentionables, perhaps?
