Batman clings to the Joker's car in new Suicide Squad set videos

In the wake of the hot Batmobile action we got to see on the set of David Ayer’s Suicide Squad earlier today, now it’s Batman’s turn to make a surprising and action-packed appearance.

The new videos were shot by lucky onlookers (lucky for us, too!) who got to see the action first hand. The clips show the Caped Crusader clinging to the top of the Clown Prince of Crime's purple Lamborghini as the car speeds away and whips around street corners in downtown Toronto.

Curiously, some of them have the Dark Knight holding onto the Joker's luxury sports car without his Batcape: Will it be added in post? Did he lose it during the chase? Did he get rid of it because it was hindering him? I wonder, because in some of the other set videos (as you guys will see below), Batman does sport the iconic cape.

The Suicide Squad cast boasts Will Smith as Deadshot, Joel Kinnaman as Rick Flag, Jared Leto as the Joker, Margot Robbie as Harley Quinn, Jai Courtney as Boomerang, Viola Davis as Amanda Waller, Cara Delevingne as Enchantress, Jessie Eisenberg as Lex Luthor and Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje as Killer Croc. It’ll open in theaters on Aug. 5, 2016.
