It's no secret that Warner Bros. has made the necessary plans for several Green Lantern sequels. And if you follow the comics, you already know who two of the villains might be. One's an alien and the other's a woman ... both of whom appear in the first film.

[Spoilers for Green Lantern comic and possible sequels ahead]

Green Lantern hasn't opened in theaters yet, but we already know that the main bad guy is Hector Hammond, with some Parallax thrown in for good measure. If the movie does well at the box office (despite its bad reviews), we could see Sinestro (Mark Strong) and Carol Ferris (Blake Lively) becoming the new villains of choice.

Lively has (sort of ) confirmed that Carol Ferris' alter ego Star Sapphire will pop up in the future. In a recent interview she said, "If this movie is successful and we did a few more films, I'm pretty confident that Star Sapphire would show up."

Star Sapphire and Hal Jordan have a complicated relationship. They're similar to each other in a lot of ways, but instead of having a ring, she wears a sapphire that gives her the power to fly and project energy blasts. Could you imagine Reynolds going head to head with Lively's version of Star Sapphire? And what would her suit look like? That would be an interesting sight.

Do you think they should take Carol Ferris to the next level or keep her as a simple love interest? And do you even think there'll BE a sequel?
