If you've ever thought, "I love Darth Vader, but I'd like to make him better through steampunk" or "Boba Fett is badass. But he'd be even more badass in the 19th century," it turns out someone has beat you to the punch.

Modding Darth Vader's helmet into a steampunk version isn't new. But Etsy craftsman Paul McCue—who goes by the name of Kyoob—has put his own unique, rivet-studded twist on the popular helmet we all know and fear.

And it's not just Darth Vader who got the steampunk treatment. McCue worked his magic (and his arm muscles) on Boba Fett, a stormtrooper, Optimus Prime and Bumblebee as well. Note: The stormtrooper isn't wearable (those are thumbtacks, not rivets), and Boba Fett recently sold.

Don't see a helmet you'd love to wear at your next Comic Con? Ask him. According to Etsy, he does custom items.

Just make sure you send us the link when he's turned your favorite fantasy character into a steampunk reality.
