Bruce Lee's super cool 1964 screen test for the Green Hornet

Van Williams was the supposed star of the 1960s' TV series The Green Hornet, but we're pretty sure he wasn't the reason anyone bothered tuning in. This was a series in which the sidekick—Kato, as played by martial arts master Bruce Lee—was the true star.

Check out the 24-year-old Lee's audition tape below, which includes kung fu demonstrations that unnerve the poor victim sent on camera to let him show off his moves. Lee does it all in a suit and tie, not breaking a sweat, and somehow managing to remain dashing and debonair the whole time!
