Today, the world finally got what it was after: the first trailer for Marvel Studios' Captain Marvel. It had everything we could ever want: Blockbuster Video, Danvers punching the elderly, de-aged Samuel L. Jackson and Clark Gregg, and, obviously, the MCU's first badass female lead.
To ring in such a momentous day, many of the MCU's inhabitants, like Chris Evans (Captain America), Tessa Thompson (Valkyrie), and Ming-Na Wen (Melinda May), took to Twitter in order to praise the new trailer and voice their excitement for the upcoming film.
After all, these actors are basically one big family, each one forming the fabric of this shared world, so they've gotta stick together and show support.
Carol Danvers (Brie Larson) is here, and she's our only hope in making it socially acceptable to punch the elderly... just kidding! She's our only hope in defeating the Mad Titan Thanos (Josh Brolin), but before we get to that point, we have to travel to the 1990s and find out how she helped end the long and bloody war between the Kree and the shape-shifting Skrulls.

And, of course, the woman of the hour, Ms. Larson herself, had to weigh in on the trailer and poster being released. "Look, Mom, I'm a superhero," she wrote on Twitter.
Larson was also a bit confused by the upcoming Captain Marvel action figure, which, along with all the other tie-in merchandise, is gonna be the hottest thing since sliced bread. Anywho, the toy's ad promises "2 additional hands" and an "additional head."
Naturally, the actress wants to know: "What’s the additional head?"
Is it Carol wearing that helmet we see in the trailer or something else entirely?
Captain Marvel lands in theaters (and Blockbuster locations) everywhere on March 8, 2019.
