We’re just a few days from the opening of Captain America: Civil War in the U.S., and Marvel has dropped an action-packed new clip to remind us the Star-Spangled Man still has a plan.

The scene focuses on Bucky and Cap, picking up the thread left dangling at the end of Captain America: Winter Soldier. Bucky (Sebastian Stan) is apparently trying to make an escape via helicopter, but Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) catches him just in time and uses nothing but his super-strength to keep the chopper on the pad. Which, yeah, grabbing hold of a helicopter that’s trying to take off goes about as well as you’d probably imagine.

The latest Marvel film is already lighting up the international box office and is riding a critical wave that makes it one of the best-reviewed films in Marvel’s lengthy catalog. In case you’ve been living under a rock for the past year or so, the film follows the fallout of a new proposal to make superheroes more accountable for their actions. Iron Man is all for it, while Cap can see the potential for corruption if The Avengers become “employees” of the government. Toss in Black Panther, Ant-Man and a host of other heroes. Cue epic superhero battle.
