Agent O is about to get back in Men in Black. Emma Thompson reportedly has agreed to reprise her role as the series’ chief alien investigator as the rebooted sci-fi comedy gets rolling for a release next summer.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Thompson has boarded the MIB cast alongside already-signed stars Chris Hemsworth, Tessa Thompson, Liam Neeson, and Kumail Nanjiani. Filming is set to kick off in London later this month.

Thompson’s Agent O heads up MIB in the leading role played by Rip Torn as Chief Zed in the original 1997 movie. Sony has so far kept a tight lid on story details for the reboot, which is being directed by F. Gary Gray (The Fate of the Furious) from a script by Matt Holloway and Art Marcum (both of whom workd on Iron Man).

The next Men In Black film is slated to crash land in theaters just in time for summer of 2019, with a targeted release of June 14.

When Archie faces prosecution for a murder he didn’t commit this fall, he’ll have to defeat a pretty formidable foe in Penelope Ann Miller, who’s just been added to the Riverdale Season 3 lineup as the district attorney who believes beyond a resonable doubt that Archie’s the guilty dog.

Miller will play prosecutor Ms. Wright, and it’ll be up to Archie to persuade a jury, over her counterarguments, that he did nothing wrong. Fans know Archie was framed for the murder of Cassidy, a resident of Shadow Lake, at the end of Season 2.

But it sounds like Ms. Wright will take some heavy convincing: “With a conviction in mind, she will weave together disparate moments of Archie’s young life to portray him as a dangerous, violent sociopath who is capable of committing a heinous crime,” The CW teases.

Miller joins Riverdale's ensemble lineup of KJ Apa, Lili Reinhart, Camila Mendes, Cole Sprouse, Luke Perry, Mädchen Amick, Marisol Nichols, Madelaine Petsch, Ashleigh Murray, Casey Cott, Mark Consuelos and Skeet Ulrich. Alongside the show’s main murder plot, the upcoming season also promises to indulge more fun one-off, fantastical themes, including another musical episode, as well as a role-reversing episode in which the students become the parents.

Riverdale Season 3 brings the Archie gang back to The CW beginning October 10.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s Jungle Cruise has just picked up a trio of new passengers, with the casting of Veronica Falcon (Queen of the South), Andy Nyman (Amazon’s Hanna), and Spanish comedian Dani Rovira (The Spanish Affair), according to Variety.

The three actors reportedly have been cast for still-unnamed roles, joining Johnson, Emily Blunt, Jesse Plemons, Jack Whitehall, and Edgar Ramirez for the movie, which is based on Disney’s popular theme park water ride.

As with most things Disney, story details for Jungle Cruise are light. But the movie reportedly may be the first of many, in what Disney hopes will become a multi-installment franchise in the vein of Pirates of the Caribbean, another of Disney’s ride-based films.

Audiences can line up to board Jungle Cruise starting October 19, 2019.
