In our most recent helping of casting news, we have Jordan Peele’s hotly-anticipated Lovecraft Country recruiting an HBO favorite, Joseph Gordon-Levitt's upcoming Netflix sci-fi thriller starring rounding out its cast, and a familiar face returning to American Horror Story tonight.

First up, the cast for Peele's Lovecraft Country has grown yet again. Variety reports that Michael Kenneth Williams (The Wire, Boardwalk Empire) has joined the HBO project, and will star alongside Jason Ritter (Joan of Arcadia), Jonathan Majors (Hostiles), Jurnee Smollett-Bell (Birds of Prey), Courtney B. Vance (Terminator Genisys), Aunjanue Ellis (The Mentalist), and Elizabeth Debicki (Guardians of the Galaxy).

Based on the 2016 novel from Matt Ruff, the horror/drama tells the story of Atticus Black (Majors), who joins up with his friend Letitia (Smollett-Bell) and his Uncle George to embark on a road trip across 1950s Jim Crow America in search of his missing father. Williams is set to play Atticus’s father, Montrose Freeman who is described as "hard-headed and secretive."

Next, Joseph Gordon-Levitt's as-yet-untitled Netflix sci-fi thriller is also growing. Gordon-Levitt is the lead in the project alongside Jamie Foxx and Dominique Fishback, and now joining them is Rodrigo Santoro (Westworld), Amy Landecker (Transparent), Colson Baker, aka Machine Gun Kelly (Nerve), Allen Maldonado (The Last O.G.), Andrene Ward-Hammond (The Hate U Give), and Kyanna Simpson (The Immortal Life of Henrietta Lacks), according to Deadline.

Although Netflix is still keeping us all in the dark over the details, they have previously confirmed that the film is written by Mattson Tomlin (Boy, A Deconstruction of Reality) and directed by Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman (of Catfish and Nerve fame).

Lastly, Fleetwood Mac fans can set their DVRs ready because Stevie Nicks' appearance on American Horror Story has been confirmed. Creator Ryan Murphy revealed on Instagram that the classic rock mainstay will return to the franchise in tonight's episode of Apocalypse.

Nicks previously played herself in Season 3’s Coven and sang her own song "Seven Wonders." Other witches from Coven have already returned this season, including Cordelia (Sarah Paulson) and Madison (Emma Roberts), so it will be interesting to see another familiar face popping up on tonight's episode on FX at 10 p.m.
