The apocalypse just got a bit more star-studded as Jenna Elfman is set to join AMC’s Fear the Walking Dead.

According to The Hollywood Reporter details of Elfman’s character -- who will be a series regular -- are being kept under wraps, but will appear in the fourth season of the show, with production rumored to be moving to Texas (something that was hinted at in last season’s finale.)

“So honored to be part of this.” Elfman tweeted on Wednesday after the news was revealed. Executive producer Gale Ann Hurd then replied, welcoming her to “our awesome #FearFamily.”

Yesterday we learned that The Gifted's Garret Dillahunt -- a Walking Dead superfan -- will also be joining the spin-off prequel series. Dillahunt previously tried and failed to win the role of Negan on The Walking Dead, which, of course, eventually went to Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

Elsewhere in casting news, per Deadline, Ray Wise, aka Leland Palmer in Twin Peaks, will be joining director Colin Healey’s second movie For Entertainment Purposes Only. The plot reportedly revolves around a man who enlists the help of a psychic to use mystical powers in trying convince his dream girl to fall in love with him.

Wise recently starred in the horror Malevolent alongside Morena Baccarin and William Shatner.
