Fox has unveiled a new poster and video featurette for its upcoming futuristic sci-fi thriller Minority Report. The new series is based loosely on the short story by Phillip K. Dick and is a follow-up to director Steven Spielberg's 2002 movie starring Tom Cruise and Colin Farrell.
The series is set in Washington, D.C., after the dismantlement of the Precrime Unit — a unit that used three children with psychic abilities (Precogs) to stop violent crimes, aka murders, from happening.
The children are now all grown-up and one of them, Dash (Stark Sands), struggles to lead a normal life and is haunted by visions of the future. He decides to help detective Lara Vega (Meagan Good) to help catch the bad guys before they commit their murderous deeds. Nick Zano, who plays Dash’s twin brother Arthur, Wilmer Valderrama, Laura Regan, Daniel London and Li Jun Li round up the cast.
In the cool video featurette below (which serves as a nice little window into the new TV show), writer and executive producer Max Borenstein introduces us to the upcoming sci-fi thriller series. As for the poster, it features main stars Stark Sands, Meagan Good, Nick Zano, and Wilmer Valderrama. Check them out:
Minority Report will premiere on Sept. 21, at 9 p.m. on Fox. Will you be catching-up to Dash and the Precogs?
