Check out Batfleck's cape + cowl, straight from the San Diego Comic-Con floor

We still don’t know if Warner Bros. and DC will surprise us all with Batman v Superman at San Diego Comic-Con this week, but they did bring Batfleck’s brand-new costume to the show floor. Want to see?

The studio has the new-look cape and cowl that’ll be worn by Ben Affleck in the Man of Steel sequel on display for those strolling the show room floor, and we have to admit it looks pretty sharp. It matches up with what we’ve already seen in that infamous Sad Batman pic, but shows off a bit more of the texture and scope live and in person.

We’re definitely still digging those smaller ears that have the classic Dark Knight Returns vibe, and the color seems to match up with the darker aesthetic we’d expected. All we need now is to see the rest of it. In color. C'mon, Zack Snyder, throw us a bone.
