Now that all 13 episodes of Daredevil have debuted on Netflix, the streaming service has released two new photos of Matt Murdock in his signature costume.
Up until now, Netflix has relied primarily on photos of actor Charlie Cox in his "early" crime-fighting gear, which consisted of just black clothes and a black head covering to hide most of his face.
But following a motion poster that revealed the upper half of the official red costume just before the show premiered, Netflix has now offered up two photos of Cox in the full outfit. We're not going to say when the costume appears on the show (I personally have yet to see it, and I'm halfway through), but as promised, it does turn up.
Daredevil has received almost universal acclaim since premiering last Friday (April 10), and while Netflix doesn't release hard numbers about the number of times the episodes have been streamed, it would certainly be interesting to know just how many people tuned in and how viable the Marvel/Netflix experiment is with its first title out of the gate.
As for the character himself, we're sure to see Cox in the red suit again in The Defenders, but whether he makes a cameo in A.K.A. Jessica Jones, Luke Cage or Iron Fist -- or gets a second season of his own show -- remains to be seen.
What do you think of the full Daredevil outfit? Have you watched any or all of the show yet?
