For the more risk-seeking members of Game of Thrones’ fanbase, we have some good news: you can now put your money where your fan-theory-forming mouth is. With the final season upon us and some real answers as to what will happen to Westeros at the end of the story finally being delivered, one company is offering a bet on the show’s outcome.

This bet answers a simple, but hotly contested, question for fantasy fans: Who will rule Westeros at the end of Season 8? Oddsmaker Bovada gave out the odds -- some of which are surprising for even being considered, and some which are surprising for where on the list they rank -- which are as follows:

  • Daenerys Targaryen (2:1)
  • Jon Snow (2:1)
  • Bran Stark (3.5:1)
  • The Night King (10:1)
  • Tyrion Lannister (12.5:1)
  • Cersei Lannister (15:1)
  • Jaime Lannister (15:1)
  • Sansa Stark (25:1)
  • Arya Stark (40:1)
  • Euron Greyjoy (50:1)
  • Varys (75:1)
  • Gendry (75:1)
  • Samwell Tarly (75:1)
  • Melisandre (100:1)
  • Theon Greyjoy (100:1)
  • Jaqen H’ghar (100:1)
  • Brienne of Tarth (100:1)
  • Jorah Mormont (100:1)
  • Bronn (100:1)
  • Tormund Giantsbane (100:1)
  • Davos Seaworth (100:1)
  • The Hound (100:1)
  • Gilly (100:1)
  • Daario Naharis (100:1)
  • Yara Greyjoy (100:1)
  • The Mountain (150:1)

We can’t believe Gilly is even in the running. Bovada also included this bit of fine print, saying that the winner will be “the confirmed 'King' or 'Queen' of the Andals and the First Men. If there is no King or Queen, whomever rules or controls King's Landing will be deemed the winner.”

So that seems to give quite an advantage to those already in the south, just in case unification is truly impossible for the series. This is also assuming that the showrunners and George R.R. Martin are disqualified from competition, because they all stand to make a Red Wedding-level killing on this.

Meanwhile the rest of us will have to wait until Game of Thrones returns for its final season in 2019.
