Stop! Don't crack open that Star Wars lunchbox yet! Proving that the food we eat may harbor secret desires to EAT US, a wickedly clever film features killer hamburgers-gone-wild with a taste for human flesh.

Check out Hambuster, a horrifically beautiful 6-minute animated short filmed in stereoscopic 3-D by five twisted grad students, Paul Alexandre, Dara Cazamea, Maxime Cazaux, Romain Delaunay and Bruno Ortolland from Supinfocom Arles, the French computer design school. It won the prestigious 2011 Imagina Award for Best Student Project and it definitely gets our vote.

It's a bloody good spoof of mutant sci-fi disaster films like Men in Black, Mars Attacks and Attack of the Killer Tomatoes that truly satisfies.

You'll never look at a Big Mac the same way again.
