Hot off his time dashing about as Doctor Who, the thinking woman's crush, David Tennant, shook things up in the 2011 remake of Fright Night. For the role of a Las Vegas magician renowned for his knowledge of the occult, this Scottish stud ditched the Doctor's bespoke striped suits and kicky sneakers for a pair of mercilessly snug leather pants. And just like that, he went from dreamy good guy to bad boy fantasy.

These pants.

They are impractical in the Vegas heat that is dry and unforgiving. You can practically smell the funk of them through the screen. Their lace-up fly seems a tiresome obstacle, and yet an alluring challenge. Their best accessory is a swath of chest hair and a roguish smile.

They are slung so low that we can look past the garish goatee, gaudy dude jewelry, and bizarre addiction to Midori, for these iridescent, skin-tight leather pants make a perfect frame for the masterpiece that is our Tennant lust.

And they work from every angle.

We hate to watch them leave, but man his butt looks great in these pants!
