The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension! is a film best consumed with a tall glass of water. In addition to reptilian aliens, there is an abundance of memorable characters, but especially the one played by Jeff Goldblum, Sidney Zweibel.

Arguably the best thing about this film is his character’s cowboy aesthetic. It’s absurd and perfect all at the same time. His slogan could easily be, “Save a horse and ride a cowboy." Zweibel is also a doctor, so ride a cowboy and forgo that apple a day, because you don’t want to keep this particular doctor away.

Let’s get into the good cowboy doctor’s LEWK. The wooly chaps Dr. Zweibel wears are as warm and inviting as their owner. It's a shame the chaps are worn over black jeans — bare legs would have been good enough. The red shirt is fresh out of the Grand Ole Opry but it's OK because it keeps that signature Goldblum chest safe from the elements. Finishing off this home-on-the-range look is a white scarf and 5-gallon cowboy hat. The thirst levels, however, call for at minimum a 50-gallon hat.

In true Goldblum fashion, his eyewear is just downright sinful on a face like that. They just pair so well with those shea-butter-moisturized locs. The eyewear might actually be the best part of this entire look. They let you know the good doc can see you in all your thirstiness and appreciate your enduring of the cult classic, Buckaroo Banzai.
