AMC has released a bunch of brand-new images from the midseason premiere of The Walking Dead.

Featuring everyone’s favorite crossbow-wielding zombie apocalypse survivor Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus), tough guy Sgt. Abraham Ford (Michael Cudlitz), sharp-shooper Sasha Williams (Sonequa Martin-Green), and Father Gabriel (Seth Gilliam); the images offer a new look at the show's hotly anticipated return. If you guys are wondering, Father Gabriel is NOT with our dynamic trio since he's still stuck in an overrun Alexandria along with the rest of the gang. Also, the blood covering Daryl is sadly not the result of killing the bad guys. Yet. He was already pretty bloody by the time the midseason finale's epilogue rolled around.

We still don’t have an official synopsis for the episode yet but “No Way Out” picks things up exactly where we left off  in the tense-edge-of-your-seat-nail-biting midseason finale at the end of November, with Rick (Andrew Lincoln), Carl (Chandler Riggs), Michonne (Danai Gurira) and Alexandria under siege from a bazillion walkers and Daryl, Abraham and Sasha stopped on the road by Negan’s (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) Saviors.

Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman said about the show’s return “We pick up right in that moment. Alexandria is overrun. Rick and the kids are all covered in guts trying to get through the crowd. Everyone is where we last saw them, and things get worse from there.”

Check out the new pics below, and let us know what you guys think. The Walking Dead returns on Feb. 14 on AMC.
