Dave Bautista teases Eternal Warrior movie coming from Valiant Entertainment

The world of Valiant Entertainment is slowly but surely getting ready for its big-screen debut, with films already announced for Bloodshot (with Jared Leto rumored to be close to signing on as the star), Harbinger, Archer & Armstrong, and X-O Manowar. They have major talent assigned to these films, like Eric Heisserer writing, Ruben Fleischer and Dave Wilson directing; it's a film slate that looks promising already.

Add one more movie -- and one more star -- to that list, if this tweet from actor Dave Bautista is correct.

Bautista was asked by a fan about a rumored Eternal Warrior movie, and he responded in the affirmative, saying he's "really excited about EW" and that they're "working to get the script fan worthy." That echoes statements that my sources have made from within the Valiant structure, that they are focused on making the absolute best movies they can, meaning they'll take the time and extra passes needed on every step, starting with the script.

While Valiant has no official comment on an Eternal Warrior movie, CEO and Chief Creative Officer Dinesh Shamdasani did comment on the Twitter thread, saying, "I can neither confirm nor deny that Dave Bautista just revealed a giant secret lol!"

Eternal Warrior is one of three immortal brothers, along with Armstrong of the aforementioned Archer & Armstrong and Ivar, Timewalker, in the pages of Valiant Comics. Gilad, his civilian name, is tasked with protecting the Geomancers throughout the millennia, characters chosen by the Earth itself as its protector.

There is no official confirmation of the movie, so no story details just yet, but adding another piece to the Valiant Entertainment movie puzzle should be exciting for Valiant fans (and Bautista fans, for that matter).
