Former Doctor Who star David Tennant and Walking Dead alum Steven Yeun will be lending their pipes to a new animated space opera TV show titled Final Space, and we have an exciting sneak peek at the upcoming comedy series.

Slated to debut sometime in 2018 on TBS, Final Space is created by indie filmmaker Olan Rogers (Oscar’s Hotel for Fantastical Creatures) and follows the adventures of Gary Space (voiced by Rogers), an astronaut who embarks on a journey through time and space accompanied by his alien sidekick Mooncake (also Rogers). Their mission: to find where the universe actually ends and if it even exists.

The series will feature space battles, aliens, s’plosions, robots, Inigo Montoya (yep, of Princess Bride fame) and — more importantly — lasers. Tennant (who will be starring in Neil Gaiman's Good Omens alongside Michael Sheen) will play the role of the evil Lord Commander and will be joined by Yeun, Keith David (The Thing), Shannon Purser (Stranger Things, Riverdale), Gina Torres (Firefly), Caleb McLaughlin (Stranger Things), Fred Armisen (Portlandia), Andy Richter (Santa Clarita Diet), Conan O’Brien and Ron Perlman (Hellboy).

Check out the sneak peek below, and let us know if you plan on beaming aboard Final Space when the TBS animated space opera series debuts sometime next year:
