The new DC Universe streaming service is officially set to launch on Sept. 15, and to celebrate the studio has released some fresh pics and a clip from two of its high-profile originals.
The service will host a revival of the acclaimed animated series Young Justice, and DC Universe has dropped a clip from the new Outsiders season. The scene focuses on NIghtwing as he looks into a metahuman trafficking ring. For those who loved the original series, it certainly checks the boxes of what fans have come to know and love. No word on when Young Justice will debut, but it’s encouraging to see things are coming together well.

Along with Young Justice, some new pics from the live-action Titans series have also been released. They’re essentially portrait shots of team members Beast Boy (Ryan Potter), Raven (Teagan Croft), Robin (Brenton Thwaites), and Starfire (Anna Diop). They’re not very revealing as far as content, but they more than double down on that dark and gritty tone that permeated the first trailer for the series.
DC Universe launches on Sept. 15 and will feature an extensive back catalog of animated shows and movies (i.e. Batman: The Animated Series, Batman Beyond) and live-action fare (the original Superman flicks, etc.). The network’s first original, Titans, will premiere on Oct. 12 (the pilot will have its premiere Oct. 3 at New York Comic-Con). It will be followed by additional shows including a Harley Quinn animated series, Swamp Thing series, Doom Patrol, Stargirl and others.
