DC Comics will be undertaking a “Rebirth” shakeup that will kick off later this month, and we’ve got a closer look at the new costume designs for DC’s Holy Trinity and more.

Beginning with the “DC Universe: Rebirth” one-shot written by Geoff Johns and illustrated by Gary Frank, Ivan Reis, Phil Jimenez and Ethan Van Sciver (set to hit stores on May 25), every series will be relaunched with a new #1 issue except for Action Comics and Detective Comics, and to give you an idea, you can have a look at the checklist below.

Now, back to our beloved superheroes' new duds. Our colleagues over at Comic Book Resources have scored some official sketches for some of the DC characters, including Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, Aquaman, Green Lantern Jessica Cruz, the Super Sons (Jonathan White and Damien Wayne) and Suicide Squad’s Harley Quinn and Killer Croc.

You can have a look at the new character designs (some of them annotated) by artists Jim Lee, Tony Daniel, Pat Gleason, Brad Walker, Jonboy Meyers & Jorge Jimenez in the gallery below (it's underneath the checklist), so dig in and let us know what you think of the new costume designs and chime in on your favorite and/or least favorite. Are you looking forward to the DC Universe's Rebirth?
