Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds has taken to Twitter to reveal our first official look at Zazie Beetz (Atlanta) as Domino. Reynolds released the photo with the hilarious caption: "Some people just know how to work a red carpet. #Domino #DeadPool2"

Domino (real name Neena Thurman) is a mutant who can manipulate luck. The character will make her live-action debut in Deadpool 2, directed by David Leitch (John Wick) from a script by returning Deadpool screenwriters Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick.

The film will also star Josh Brolin as Nathan Summers, aka Cable, the time-traveling mutant son of Cyclops, with Jack Kesy (The Strain) set to star as the main villain, rumored to be Irish mutant Black Tom Cassidy (Banshee's cousin).

Japanese actress Shioli Kutsuna and Hunt for the Wilderpeople's Julian Dennison will also star alongside returning cast members Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Morena Baccarin as Wade Wilson's lady love Vanessa, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, and Stefan Kapicic as the voice of Colossus.

As you can see, the powers that be have decided to steer clear of the character's trademark bleached-white skin and black eye, and I dig it. Check it out and let us know what you think of Domino's updated look for Deadpool 2, which opens on June 1, 2018.
