Three pretty exciting sci-fi birthdays today. We'll run down these chronologically, and you can get back to handing out gifts to the people who keep your life running in an orderly fashion. (It's tradition! Do it! It's fun!)

First up: Temuera Morrison, born in 1960. The New Zealand actor played Jango Fett in Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones (2002) and Abin Sur in Green Lantern (2011). He also provided the voice of Chief Tui in Moana (2016).

Next? Tahnee Welch, born in 1961. The daughter of Raquel Welch, she is perhaps best known for her role as the alien love interest of Steve Guttenberg in Cocoon (1985).

Finally, Jared Leto, born in 1971. He's been an actor for a really long time, but everyone sort of went nuts for him a few years ago when he was really good in Dallas Buyers Club (2013). Then he was cast as the Joker in Suicide Squad (2016).

Tomorrow: 12 Monkeys.
