It was definitely a good week if you like watching Syfy.
This week the network premiered Defiance, one of its most ambitious shows ever, and episode one's numbers didn't disappoint. Meanwhile, Game of Thrones kept slaying the competition, Da Vinci's Demons had a bit of an off week, and two shows we were expecting to see had to be pushed due to breaking news.
Check out the numbers and commentary below to see how your favorite shows are doing in Live + Same Day ratings.

Bates Motel (A&E) 2.65 million viewers/1.1

Bates Motel bounced back after a low week last week for another strong episode.

For the second week in a row the show set a series record in viewers, and set a new record demo score to once again earn the Sunday night crown. With six episodes left in the season, can it rise again?
