The 100’s fifth season has only been airing for two weeks, but the CW isn’t wasting any time shoring up the show's future.

According to Deadline, The CW has pulled the trigger on The 100 Season 6. However, it’s still far to early to guess what will happen when the show returns in 2019. The fifth season recently began with a six-year time jump to the future, as Clarke and her allies are separated while they attempt to recover from another cataclysm.

The Deadline report also notes that iZombie’s future is still very much on the bubble and far from a sure thing. However, The CW is expanding to Sunday nights this fall, which will allow at least one or two returning shows to move to a new home.

It’s been almost a decade since Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law teamed up for Guy Ritchie’s two Sherlock Holmes adaptations, but now the duo are finally reuniting.

Via The Hollywood Reporter, Sherlock Holmes 3 is going to be released on December 25, 2020, with Downey reprising his title role as Sherlock Holmes, and Law portraying Dr. John Watson. For the third film, Ritchie is not attached to direct, and a new helmer will have to be found. The new script was written by Chris Brancato.

Finally, ScreenRant is reporting that Asher Angel has finished filming his role in Shazam! as Billy Batson, the teenager who transforms into the world’s mightiest superhero. Zachary Levi is playing Billy’s adult incarnation, who goes by the name Shazam. Angel confirmed his last day on the set of Shazam! by posting a picture of himself and Levi on the set.

Shazam! will open on April 5, 2019.
