Did Eisenhower hold secret summits with Norse-like aliens?

Aliens may be among us, and if you believe recent claims by a former U.S. government consultant, former President Dwight D. Eisenhower met with them on multiple occasions in the 1950s.

Rumors that Ike held three summits with extraterrestrials—who had a Nordic look, according to author and former Pentagon consultant Timothy Good—have circulated in the past, though the latest claim gives them even more weight.

According to Good, Eisenhower and a contingent of G-men met up with the alien delegation at a military installation in (you guessed it) New Mexico in 1954.

"President Eisenhower had three encounters, set up meetings with aliens, which took place at certain air force bases, including Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico," Good said on the BBC2 series Opinionated. "Aliens have made both formal and informal contact with thousands of people throughout the world from all walks of life. ... We know that up to 90 percent of all UFO reports can be explained in conventional terms. However, I would say millions of people worldwide have actually seen the real thing."

A separate report from 2010 gives Good's story even more credence, as former New Hampshire state representative Henry McElroy Jr. said he saw the classified briefing document that prepped Eisenhower for the meeting.

Luckily for us, according to McElroy, the aliens seemed to be of the friendly variety.

"To the best of my memory, this brief was pervaded with a sense of hope, and it informed President Eisenhower of the continued presence of extraterrestrial beings here in the United States of America," McElroy said, as reported by the Huffington Post UK. "The tone of the brief indicated to me that there was no need for concern, since these visitors were in no way causing any harm or had any intentions whatsoever of causing any disruption then or in the future."

So there you have it: Eisenhower struck secret deals with Viking-esque aliens in the mid-1950s. If that's not the perfect setup for a B-movie, I don't know what is.
