Didn't make it to SDCC? Low-quality copy of the Batman v Superman footage just leaked

Sure, there are thousands upon thousands of people at San Diego Comic-Con — but not all of us are that lucky. So if you’re jonesing for some Batman v Superman footage, here’s the next best thing to being there.

The Warner Bros. and DC panel brought the first footage from Zack Snyder’s upcoming Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, which showed the two superheroes giving each other steely glares in the rainy skyline of Gotham City. If you want more than just a tantalizing description, the first leaked clip from the panel has arrived online, showing off the footage.

Yes, the quality sucks, but you can still plainly make out the scene as Supes floats in the air and Batfleck — rocking his battle armor straight out of The Dark Knight Returns — looks on. Even in subpar quality, it looks amazing. Sure, fans sometimes question Snyder’s filmmaking abilities, but there’s no denying the guy knows how to film very pretty pictures.
