Here’s what the company said of the single-player and multiplayer campaigns:
The campaign delivers a crafted experience that explores the unique bond between man and machine. Playable offline, the single player campaign in Titanfall 2 will let fans step out onto the Frontier as a Militia rifleman with aspirations of becoming an elite Pilot. Stranded behind IMC enemy lines and facing overwhelming odds, players will team up with a veteran Titan to uphold a mission they were never meant to carry out.
For multiplayer, Respawn continues to evolve their best-in-class gameplay by providing a more robust experience that delivers expanded depth and variety with six new Titans, deeper Pilot abilities, a range of new Pilot and Titan weaponry, more customization options, and a robust progression system that is sure to satisfy fans.
Titanfall 2 will be made available worldwide for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC on Oct. 28. The game will also have an open technical test to help the Respawn team make sure the game will be a success at launch time, so if you guys are interested, sign up for Dispatches from The Frontier – the Titanfall 2 Newsletter to keep updated.
