Finale time is upon us, and not every show is finishing strong.

Of the 43 shows we follow here, eight of them ended their seasons this week, and more will wrap up in the weeks to come. Among the shows celebrating a strong final episode, Doctor Who climbed in its final season-seven closer, and The Big Bang Theory capped a record season with a strong finale. Meanwhile, Bates Motel slipped in its finale, and The Vampire Diaries showed signs of fatigue with a fourth season finale that couldn't touch the season-three closer.

Check out the numbers and commentary below to see how your favorite shows are doing in Live + Same Day ratings.

MONDAY, May 13

Defiance (Syfy) 1.98 million viewers/0.6

Warehouse 13 slipped a bit in its rating but still has plenty of steam, and it's got a fifth (and final) season on the way.

Bates Motel (A&E) 2.48 million viewers/1.0

5-22 bates.jpg

Bates Motel took quite a hit to its demo score for the final episode of its first season but still did very well for a Monday cable show. It's also important to keep in mind that all of these Monday dramas were facing off against NBA playoff games. Given all that, it was a good night, and season two is on the way.

Revolution (NBC) 5.51 million viewers/1.9/5 share

Revolution slipped again but held on to most of the previous week's numbers. We'll see if it can get boost in its final three season-one episodes.
