We’re five days away from the premiere of the Doctor Who Christmas special that will see 12th Doctor Peter Capaldi regenerate into the 13th Doctor, played by Jodie Whittaker (Broadchurch). The "Twice Upon a Time" special will also mark Steven Moffat’s last hurrah as showrunner.

To commemorate the occasion, BBC America has put together a collection of good wishes from fans giving a heartfelt goodbye to the man who has touched their lives in so many positive ways and has been their Doctor for the past three seasons. The video also includes some cool fan art and even a fan puppet of the Doctor rocking out with his Sonic sunglasses on.

Another standout of the video is that we have messages from Talking Dead host Chris Hardwick and the captain of the U.S.S. Enterprise himself, William Shatner, who repeated some wise words of wisdom from Capaldi himself.

Prepare an appropriate amount of tissues for next week, because it stands to reason there won’t be a dry eye in the house come Dec. 25.
