You can almost hear the tolling bells, ghostly whispers, and creaking stairs of Halloween as we cruise 'round the corner of September into the spookiest time of year.

Celebrating 60 years of macabre Hammer Films movies, the folks at Studiocanal are atuned to the ethereal plane and have remastered some all-time horror temptations in two new Blu-ray sets to severely chill your bones.

This is an outstanding mix of mesmerizing British gems, some rarely seen, that offer a midnight madness menu of gothic creature features and deep psychological thrillers pulled from the legendary studio's library.

The first set, unchained in the UK on October 30, 2017, includes four digitally remastered blood-curdling classics: Blood From the Mommy’s Tomb, Demons of the Mind, Fear in the Night, and Scars of Dracula.

A second release will drift into stores on January 29, 2018, and includes Dr. Jekyll and Sister Hyde, Straight On ‘Til Morning, To the Devil a Daughter, and The Horror of Frankenstein. Each titillating title contains a DVD and Blu-ray cut of the movie, plus a fresh featurette and other bonus goodies.

Check out the individual box art in the gallery below and tell us if you'll snag these sinister collections when they strike American shores.
