All hail the mother of dragons! Following in the footsteps of her fellow Game of Thrones co-stars, Emilia Clarke just got tattoos commemorating the end of the hit HBO series. And whadda ya know? They're little dragons!
Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen on Thrones, showed off her new body art via Instagram.
"MOD 4 LYFE!!!!" Clarke wrote under the picture (MOD = Mother of Dragons). "@_dr_woo_ made sure this mamma ain’t NEVER forgetting her babies...." (@_dr_woo_ referring to tattoo artist Brian Woo, aka Dr. Woo).
Clarke revealed in May that she wrapped on the epic fantasy series.
The actress joins fellow GoT co-stars Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams in getting commemorative tattoos to honor their time on the show. (And no, Turner's tattoo of a direwolf sigil with the words “The pack survives” is not a spoiler about how the show ends; it's a quote from the previous season.)
Game of Thrones returns to HBO for its final season in 2019.
