The Mother of Dragons and Khaleesi herself, actress Emilia Clarke, has opened up about her role on Game of Thrones and revealed what’s actually scarier than getting stark naked on the show.

In a candid interview found in the April 2014 issue of Canada’s Flare Magazine, Clarke (who’ll be starring next as the new Sarah Connor on the upcoming Terminator reboot Terminator: Genesis) teased season four of Thrones, became quite candid about her audition ... mishap and revealed what’s actually the scariest part about doing all those nude scenes.

About the upcoming fourth season of HBO’s hit fantasy series, Clarke said:

“The whole of season four is dark and really emotional. If you asked any of the actors about this season, they’d say, ‘Oh no, my character’s got the best arc.’”

The beautiful actress then opened up about her, hum, rather embarrassing Game of Thrones audition moment, saying:

“I get there, and I’m all dressed up to the nines, wearing a nice outfit with heels. I walk into an auditorium that’s got 50 people from HBO. I’m nervous like you wouldn’t believe. I had a Diet Coke right before I walked in, so I was buzzing. I said hello to each of the 50 people individually and walked down the steps, then fell over walking down.”

Looks like Jennifer Lawrence's got nothing on Emilia Clarke, then. So, what about that whole nudity bit? When asked what was actually scarier than getting naked on the show, Emilia Clarke said:

“The aftermath was the thing that was harder to deal with. Going in to do my first press junket, that’s a hell of a lot scarier than being naked up on TV!”

Game of Thrones season four returns to HBO on April 6.
