If you thought moviemakers had plundered all of Philip K. Dick's works by now, guess again: News has broken that Emily Blunt and Matt Damon will star in Adjustment Bureau, based on a PKD short story. George Nolfi directs.
Here's how Variety broke the news:
Damon will play a smooth-talking congressman whose political future is thrown in doubt by uncontrollable events and the arrival in his life of a mysterious ballerina, played by Blunt. ...Production begins in mid-September in Gotham.
Blunt was up for a role in Iron Man 2, which didn't pan out, and is supposed to co-star with Jack Black in an update of Gulliver's Travels.
