“Well hello, Chilly.” The most recent season of The Flash had Dr. Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) square off against Amunet Black (Katee Sackhoff) and other metahumans through her icy alter ego Killer Frost, as exemplified through this exclusive supercut from the Season 4 Blu-ray.

In the beginning of the fourth season, Caitlin and Killer Frost originally had a Bruce Banner/Hulk dynamic going on, whereby Snow would turn into Frost when scared or angry and surrender all control to the metahuman persona. (As Caitlin explained to Iris: “When she’s in control, I don’t remember much of what happens.”) But as the season progressed, Caitlin was more able to control Frost, and even remember things when she took over.

It made for an interesting journey for Caitlin, finding a way to live with Killer Frost. After a while, they even became friends of a sort, with Team Flash breaking through Killer Frost's icy (heehee) exterior to find the antihero inside.

And of course, just when the two personalities began to find some sort of balance, that's when Frost and Snow get separated from each other. Because, you know, drama. Go figure.
