After a 14-year absence of new television episodes, The X-Files has returned to global televisions with the impact of a crazed, drive-by spaceship, with its premiere episode attracting 50 million eyeballs. The epically received return of Agents Mulder (David Duchovny) and Scully (Gillian Anderson) has proved the X-philes are still out there, en masse, so it's no wonder that to celebrate the return of the series, Los Angeles indie art gallery iam8bit has curated an exclusive X-Files themed show, Conspiracies, Monsters and Mythology. Featuring original works by more than 30 artists, the affordable limited-edition art pieces highlight characters, themes and classic episodes homages.

On Feb. 4, Blastr attended the opening-night reception, where we got a tour of the gallery and had an exclusive video chat with longtime The X-Files executive producer Glen Morgan, who returned for the mini-event series to write and direct the episode "Home Again."

And be sure to log onto Blastr on Monday, Feb. 8, after Morgan's "Home Again" for our exclusive video post-mortem discussion of the episode with Glen.
