For collectors of premium statues and prestige series figures, there's much to be thankful for at this time of year, especially with Sideshow's new menu of enticing pre-orders for their incredible Gamera, Doomsday, and Praetorian Guard releases.

First up, and standing 26 inches tall upon a custom Kyoto base, is the fire-breathing turtle monster named Gamera. Sideshow and Prime 1 Studio are presenting the Gamera Deluxe Version taken from the 1999 film Gamera 3: Revenge of Iris and it's rampaging its way toward your man cave shelf. Gamera comes with an interchangeable burning fist with LED light function, three swappable portraits, and a detailed diorama base depicting a village scene from the film. The ferocious kaiju is restricted to 500 pieces and is available for pre-order now for $999 with delivery coming sometime in spring of 2019.

Next is the dreaded abomination of Doomsday from Prime 1 Studio, a mindless brute who killed Superman in comic book lore. Artificially engineered in the distant past on the planet Krypton, Doomsday towers above his custom polystone base of destruction at 38 inches tall.

This mutated mauler comes with one interchangeable portrait and a torn fragment of Superman's red cape attached to a bent steel pipe to remind us of who murdered the Man of Steel. Limited to 500 pieces and available for pre-order now for $1,699 with a delivery date of spring 2019.

Finally, Sideshow and Hot Toys are offering the deluxe, crimson-armored Praetorian Guard seen in the trailers for Star Wars: The Last Jedi. These red-robed sentinels are the personal protectors of the First Order’s Supreme Leader Snoke and each 12-inch articulated figure comes equipped with a double or single blade weapons, sculpted helmet, glossy red body armor, and a special character themed figure base with nameplate and Star Wars logo. Available for pre-order now for $205 and delivery scheduled for summer of 2018.
