While we're waiting with bated breath to hear when Season 7 of Game of Thrones will finally premiere, HBO has released a first teaser poster for the acclaimed fantasy series.

The poster was released via the good folks at Entertainment Weekly and teases two things ...

The first is the coming together (about darn time!) of the two main characters that represent the story's titular A Song of Ice and Fire -- namely the newly minted King in the North, Jon Snow (Kit Harington), and Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke), Queen of the Andals, Mother of Dragons etc. etc., who is currently on her way to Westeros with said dragons.

The second literally teases the upcoming battle between fire and ice ... and by that I mean Dany's dragons and the Night King's army, which is descending from Beyond the Wall. This is going to be EPIC.

As I said, there's no premiere date yet beyond "summer," but star Liam Cunningham has recently suggested the show could premiere in July. However, since this hasn't been confirmed, don't forget to take this with a pinch of salt. Have a look at the teaser poster and let us know if you're looking forward to Season 7 of Game of Thrones.
