Move over, Barry Allen, Reverse-Flash, Jay Garrick and Zoom. Here comes The Flash’s first female speedster. Can she catch up to the guys?

TV Line reports that the Scarlet Speedster (Grant Gustin) and the rest of Team Flash will face off against Days of our Lives alum Allison Paige in the role of Eliza Harmon, aka Trajectory. The comic-book character that started her career as a villain with big dreams will arrive in Central City in the 16th episode of Season 2. Here's how Trajectory will be introduced:

Having arrived in town intent on creating maximum chaos, Trajectory’s antics are misinterpreted as having been perpetrated by the Flash himself. Barry thus must quickly! uncover the mystery of who is the girl under the mask — as well as what is driving her mad desire for speed and destruction.

In the DC Comics, Eliza Harmon received her superspeed through Lex Luthor’s Everyman Project. But unable to slow down to normal speed without the use of a drug called the Sharp, she left his superpowered team, Infinity Inc. She had hopes of becoming a member of the Teen Titans as the new Kid Flash but was ultimately killed by Lex when she was stripped of her powers during a battle with Blockbuster.

Are you looking forward to the arrival of female speedster Trajectory on The CW's The Flash?
