FlashForward's ratings tumble: Can you see the future?

Did you catch last night's episode of FlashForward? If so, you must have felt pretty lonely. The series ratings fell to a new low, and we don't have to leap ahead 2 minutes and 17 seconds to see what that could mean.

According to Deadline Hollywood:

FlashForward probably already saw a cancellation in its flash forward. The ABC conspiracy drama hit another series low at 8 PM last night, drawing 1.3 rating/4 share among adults 18-49 and 4.7 million viewers overall. (That number will certainly go up in Live+7, FlashForward is big DVR gainer, but can that save the serialized drama?)

The series revealed some mysteries during last night's episode, "Course Correction"—which was written by Robert J. Sawyer, on whose book the show is based—and we hope it gets a chance to reveal more. But with ratings like these, the future look cloudy.

For now, FlashFoward airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
