Remember how director Guillermo del Toro and Battlestar Galactica producer David Eick announced last October that they were collaborating on a Hulk TV series for ABC? Yeah, it sort of slipped our minds, too, thanks to that aborted Wonder Woman series eating up all our brain cells.
But apparently the series is still moving ahead ... slowly. According to del Toro:
We turned in the outline to ABC about four weeks ago. And then we did a rewrite for ABC on the outline, and now we are lining up the pages.
When asked whether the Hulk that he and Eick were devising would be different from all previous Hulks, del Toro added:
I think so. Or we wouldn't be trying it. Actually, one of the points of this project early on with Marvel, was "We're going to do this thing different, and here's how. Are you interested?" And they were.
But as to what those differences might be, del Toro remained mum.
So what kind of differences do you think he's talking about? Will the Hulk be going gray or red instead of green? Are we now going to LIKE him when he's angry?
What do YOU think?
