As The Simpsons’ upcoming Halloween episode — the latest in its long-running Treehouse of Horror series — approaches, fans are getting amped up to see the spooky cameos and guest spots by the industry’s scariest talents. But there’ll also be plenty of references for horror fans and pop culture aficionados alike. And we’ve got some clips from the upcoming episode to whet your Where’s Waldo-esque appetite.

Two videos highlight the episode’s segments, one of which involves a mysterious powder taking over the residents of Springfield while the other shows off some of the Jurassic World franchise’s spherical tour vehicles and one very old dinosaur.

Take a look:

That spore-tastic Invasion of the Body Snatchers riff goes right by the Planet Express ship (which pleas for the show to be revived). Meanwhile, as the family loads into the Gyrosphere (yes, that’s what they’re called), they meet Marge’s mom — in the best mood Homer’s ever seen her — commenting on the aging franchise and the ridiculous mode of transportation all at once. Hopefully the spookiest segments are yet to come and the show's kingdom has not yet fallen.

The 666th episode of The Simpsons and its 29th Treehouse of Horror will air Oct. 21.
