The Green Lantern Corps. heads to the Planet of the Apes in wild new comic crossover

Things are getting kinda crowded on the Planet of the Apes after last month's excellent Tarzan on the Planet of the Apes comic book crossover series from Dark Horse and Boom! Studios kicked off, and now another partnership between Boom! and DC Comics will bring the legendary Green Lantern Corps. to the tribal abode of the intelligent apes. Planet of the Apes/Green Lantern is a new 6-issue miniseries written by Robbie Thompson and Justin Jordan, with artistic duties being performed by Barnaby Bagenda. Expect a clash of technology, ideals and the best way to bake banana bread when these two disparate groups get together next year.

BOOM! Studios, DC, and Twentieth Century Fox Consumer Products are excited to bring together two celebrated pop culture properties in a historic comics crossover event when the talking simians of the Planet of the Apes meet the Emerald Crusaders of the Green Lantern Corps. Written by Robbie Thompson (Silk) and Justin Jordan (Green Lantern), and illustrated by Barnaby Bagenda (The Omega Men), Planet of the Apes/Green Lanterndebuts February 1, 2017 as a six-issue monthly limited series
