James Gunn is hard at work putting the finishing touches on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, but that doesn't mean he doesn’t still have a few surprises left up his sleeve. Case in point: Rob Zombie.
Rob Zombie and Gunn have confirmed that Gunn will be providing some voice work for the space-set Marvel sequel, though we don't actually know which character he'll be playing. If you've been following Gunn's career, the move isn't much of a surprise, as Zombie has played bit roles in a few of Gunn's films, such as Dr. Karl in Slither and the voice of the Ravager Navigator in the first Guardians of the Galaxy. Whatever clever cameo they're cooking up for Vol. 2, it should be interesting.
Who do you want Rob Zombie to voice? We're holding out blind hope that we'll finally get Cosmo as a legit supporting character. Hmm, maybe Zombie can pull off a Russian accent? Yeah, probably not.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 opens May 5.
