The Han Solo spin-off film, set to be the second Star Wars stand-alone film after Rogue One, was already stacked with talent. You've got Alden Ehrenreich in the title role, Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian, Emilia Clarke, Thandie Newton, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, and more. Now we can add another name to that distinguished company: Paul Bettany.

Director Ron Howard, who took over the film after original directors Chris Miller and Phil Lord were ousted, recently posted this image to his Twitter account.

Of course, Bettany (who'd worked with Howard on two previous films) may have just been visiting, but it was quickly pointed out that his wardrobe didn't fit that bill. Howard then confirmed that the two were indeed working together in a later tweet.

So, Paul Bettany has joined the Solo movie. At this point we have no idea who he's playing or how much screen time we'll get, but it's an exciting casting choice.
