Hathaway wants to be Catwoman again so much it's making her cry

There have been rumors that Anne Hathaway's version of Catwoman could get her own flick. No one was more surprised than Hathaway, who was asked about it in a recent interview. But what's really surprising is just how down she is to do it.

Now, it may be that there is a spinoff happening, or it may only live in rumor territory. And Hathaway is an actor, after all, so her surprise may be totally feigned. Her desire to do a Catwoman film, however, seems incredibly genuine.

Says the former Miss Selina Kyle of the potential spinoff, "I would love it. I actually, it's so embarrassing, I was at a press Q&A thing the other night for a screening of The Dark Knight, and the moderator asked me, 'So what was it like to say goodbye to the character?' And I burst into tears, because I miss her."

Would she do it, though? "Assuming there's enough Kleenex in the world, yes, I would love to do it."

Here's the video. You tell us if you think she's on the level.
