Here's the first official footage from the Wonder Woman solo movie

Warner Bros. has unleashed the first awesome footage from director Patty Jenkins’ Wonder Woman movie during tonight’s DC Films Presents: Dawn of The Justice League on The CW.

Starring Gal Gadot in the role of the Amazon Princess, this is the first solo movie for one of DC Comics’ most iconic superheroes. Also starring are Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Danny Huston, David Thewlis, Ewen Bremner, Saïd Taghmaoui, Elena Anaya, Lucy Davis and Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta, the comic-book movie takes place during World War I and is currently filming across the pond in the UK and Italy.

In the special, hosted by Geoff Johns and Kevin Smith, viewers were treated with the first-ever footage from the movie, as well as short interviews with Chris Pine and Gal Gadot talking about the superheroine's place in the DC Universe. The sneak peek feature Gadot in action as Wonder Woman (and she frankly looks amazing!!), as well as as her alter ego, Diana Prince. Check it out!
