Inspired by Season 3, History Channel's Vikings is in raid mode again. But instead of the Paris, the show is storming the walls of Comic-Con International for a third-straight year. They've always had impressive, thought-provoking panels and interactive fan experiences in past years. For those lucky enough to make the trek to San Diego this upcoming week, you'll have four Vikings-related tasks that should be on the must-do list.

First is the Vikings panel, which is happening Friday, July 10 from 3:30-4:30pm in Room 6A of the Convention Center. Travis Fimmel (Ragnar), Katheryn Winnick (Lagertha), Clive Standen (Rollo) and Alexander Ludwig (Bjorn) along with Michael Hirst (writer/creator) and Dirk Hoogstra (EVP & General Manager, History Channel) step away from the production set in Ireland to greet fans and they will show an exclusive sneak peek of what's been filmed so far of Season 4 and will air on the History Channel in early 2016.

On the convention floor, fans can visit the "Bludgeon Booth" which is an opportunity to dress up in authentic Vikings attire and armor, choose their opponent and weapon and act out a battle scene while ultra-slow motion cameras capture it then splice it into a Vikings battle scene, complete with blood spattering in the air. The 15-second clips will be edited on the spot and immediately sharable via Instagram and other social media platforms.

Away from the convention and into the heart of the Gaslamp District, the popular Vikings Drinking Horns return. For those thirsting for a hoppy beverage can track down Vikings Brand Ambassadors and Shield Maidens throughout the downtown area, giving away the drinking horns. Recipients can then use the horns at local dives like the Analog Bar, Florent Restaurant & Lounge, East Village Tavern+Bowl, The New Yorker and many more (a full list is displayed at the Bludgeon Booth) for discounted drinks to be poured into said horns. The drinking horns come with a stand and are black and red as opposed to last year's white and black ones. Being one of the craft beer hotspots in the country, this is a natural pairing and one of the best ideas for Comic-Con swag. Skol, indeed!

Finally, there will be Vikings Longship tours, which will take the touristy amphibious buses called locally "Seal Boats" and transform them into a traditional Vikings war boat, which will stop at select locations and drinking horns will be given at the conclusion of the ride. A very select group of fans could have a chance to win a sunset cruise with the Vikings cast Friday, and for details on how to enter, follow @HistoryVikings on Twitter.

Vikings Swag at Comic-Con

Those enduring what is sure to be long lines at the "Bludgeon Booth" and the Longship rides will be given the latest Vikings comic book, which is another short tale by show creator, Michael Hirst. Ralph Tedesco and Joe Brusha assist with the script. Dennis Calero supplies the interior art and the one-shot sports an Anthony Spay cover. It's a solid little story that features Floki carrying out a secret mission while an wounded Lagertha fights for her life. There's going to be lots to see and do for Vikings fans, so be sure to have your army and checklist of things to do when you storm the doors of the convention floor!
