First off, let's start with Englund. The actor is set to play Dr. Stanley Wheelright and will appear in this season's sixth episode, titled "Chuck vs. Aisle of Terror." Entertainment Weekly's Michael Ausiello says that Englund will be able to "make your waking life a nightmare."

Iron Man 2 actress and beloved G4 icon Olivia Munn will guest-star as Greta #1, the Buy More employee who is truly an undercover CIA agent. The character will be played each time by a different actor/actress. Munn will appear in the first episode called "Chuck vs. the Anniversary."

Lou Ferrigno, the Incredible Hulk himself, will guest-star in the second episode, titled "Chuck and the Suitcase." He'll play the bodyguard of former Victoria's Secret model Karolina Kurkova's character, who will be an "evil supermodel spy."

Bronson Pinchot (Balki from the 1986-1993 sitcom Perfect Strangers) will play Victor, a "tacky and audacious wannabe-matchmaker Chuck meets at Milan's Fashion Week." He will also make his appearance in the second episode.

Isaiah "Old Spice Guy" Mustafa will have the honor of playing Greta #2 in the second episode of Chuck.

Stacy Keibler (What About Brian) will play Greta #3 in the third episode, titled "Chuck vs. the Cubic Z," which will also see the return of Nicole Ritchie and Stone Cold Steve Austin.

Armand Assante is also making a return appearance as Premier Alejandro Goya in the fourth episode, called "Chuck vs. the Angel de la Muerte."

Former Heroes actor Eric Roberts will be on board for "Chuck vs. the Couch Lock," the fifth episode of season four. He'll be part of Casey's former Special Ops team. He'll also be joined by WWE star Batista.

Last but not least, James Bond star Timothy Dalton will appear in the episode titled "Chuck vs. the First Fight." Dalton will play "a mysterious stranger who has a history with Chuck's mom."
